Reach Agreement Compliance

JW ARTISAN strictly adheres to the European Commission's Reach (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations, aimed at safeguarding consumers and the environment from harmful chemicals. As part of our commitment, we avoid using articles containing nickel, lead, or cadmium, and if necessary, we test to ensure compliance with the restriction terms. Additionally, we conduct qualitative assessments to confirm exemptions for lead or cadmium-containing articles. Furthermore, we inform non-consumer recipients of articles containing Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs), such as lead, if their concentrations exceed 0.1%.
